Description
The floating chlorinator is a chamber with a circular top and a cylindrical bottom. There is a plate in the circular part that opens or closes the chamber door by rotating it. There are grooves in the cylindrical part that can be opened and closed with a shutter door. In this way, the amount of chlorine entering the pool can be controlled. The material of the various chlorinators is made of compressed ABS plastic that is resistant to sunlight and chemicals.
- Floating chlorinators are one of the simplest devices used to disinfect pools with chlorine tablets. The advantage of using floating chlorinators over placing chlorine tablets directly in the pool or skimmer is that the chlorine tablets in the floating chlorinator dissolve slowly in the water, preventing the chlorine tablets from dissolving in the water at a high rate.
