Description
- The 200 kW shell and tube heat exchanger is actually a device for the optimal transfer of heat from one fluid to another without mixing them with each other. In shell and tube heat exchangers, one flow moves through the tubes or smooth pipes and the other flow moves between and around the tubes and into the shell, and they are directed in a specific direction.
- Using water-to-water exchangers is the simplest and most widely used method of heating water, especially swimming pool water.
The use of a softener (regardless of the type of resin, magnetic, or …) is essential to maintain the efficiency of heat exchangers and prevent the formation of deposits on the tubes and internal heat transfer surfaces of all heat exchangers.
- The most important features of shell and tube heat exchangers compared to other types of exchangers are their light weight, small space occupation and high working efficiency.
The shell and tube heat exchanger has a body and coil made of stainless steel and is available with a thermal power of 40kw to 200kw.
The outer shell of the 40kW heat exchanger and especially its inlet and outlet bushings are very precisely welded and its coil is made of seamless pipes with high heat transfer capacity.
200kW heat exchangers can be connected to various types of hot water and steam boilers, heat pumps and solar panel systems.
